The fixed term is a big part of it, an added bonus is it's easy for you to finish the project pretty quickly, it doesn't become a chore. Also something that we didn't emphasize nearly enough in that interview is, freaking e-mail send e-mails to people in your memberships! How soon is this membership site of yours going to be finished?
