I wanted to do a quick review of Yaro Starak’s Blog Mastermind course.  Whether you are an experienced blogger or just starting out you will undoubtedly benefit from blog mastermind.

I have purchased dozens of courses over the years and this one really over delivers.  From an info product creator’s standpoint I would recommend buying this product just to see how much it over delivers.  Yaro’s course really raises the bar for others out there creating info products.

Before I tell you more about what’s inside let me just give you my overall impressions of the course. First, Yaro doesn’t sugar coat things. He tells it like it is and I appreciate that. He basically says that many people will fail for a variety of reasons beginning with the mindset. For instance, Yaro recommends treating your blog like a business.

This is a good practice and something far to few people do. They dilly dally around and don’t put time and effort into creating valuable content that will keep people coming back. Seriously, if you plan to make blogging your business you have to treat it like one.

Second, The course has practical advice to help you create what Yaro calls “Pillar Content.” That is the high value content that will support and sustain your blog. Additionally, there is some killer step-by-step info on exactly what to do and how to avoid task creep or information overload.

For many of us it is easy to get lost looking at other peoples information. Next thing you know an hour has gone by and you have’nt written anything. Matter of fact you got so distracted you forgot what you were going to write about in the first place.

Third, solid step-by-step monetization and marketing strategies coupled with good coaching to get you performing the right actions to make money with your blog fast using affiliate, advertising, and sales funnel models.

As I look through the course again looking for things to improve I don’t find much. This course is jam packed with audio, video, PDFs case studies, interviews and teleseminars. Like I said, I think this course sets the bar for how good an info product can be.

I want to also point out that Blog Mastermind isn’t just big. The content is valuable. It’s not one of those big courses packed with a bunch of junk just to make it seem like you’re getting more.

If I were to improve on anything I might go with some more charts or mind maps or checklists. Not that Blog Mastermind needs those but I like seeing them in info products. The other thing that is annoying about this course is the lame intro music to each audio track.

So what exactly is in Blog Mastermind? First, the entire course is just over two gigabytes. There are eight modules including:

1. Introduction (audio, video, and PDF)
2. Blogging lessons (27 modules each with 2 or 3 audios/videos/PDFs . Many hours of content covering basically everyting you could ever want to know about blogs and pro blogging. But, without the stuff you don’t want to know. In other words no fluff.)
3. Advanced strategies covering getting more traffic, getting investors, guest bloggers and paid writers, more monetization strategies, social bookmarking secrets.
4. Mastering the Minset • very useful section( includes 10 audios/videos/PDFs). In my opinion this course would be worth the price just for this section. The info and advice here could make or break a blog.
5. Case studies •  good stuff and entertaining (10 audios/videos).
6. Interviews with popular pro bloggers Brian Clark, Andy Wibbles, Darren Rouse, Tony Hung, and David Krug.
7. 15 teleconferences
8. More resources 17 audios/videos 7 PDFs.
9. Access to Yaro’s Blog Mastermind Forum.

As you can see above, there is a ton of great content in this course. I have listened and read various sections of the Yaro’s Starak’s Blog Mastermind course over and over again and always find new benefits or am reminded of getting back on track.
